凡於活動推廣期內，現有Samsung手機客戶每日到Samsung Members應用程式簽到，系統將於簽到累積滿三天時自動發送禮品換領劵到Samsung Members應用程式。凡於推廣期內於Samsung網上商店購買Galaxy A54或A34 5G智能手機，並輸入禮品換領劵上提供的專屬優惠碼，即可免費獲贈ITFIT IPX7 防水FM喇叭 (建議零售價港幣$398)。

條款及細則:

  • Samsung Members獨家簽到獎賞（「本推廣」）是由Samsung電子香港有限公司（「Samsung」）所舉辦，並於2023年4月12日至2023年5月3日期間進行（「推廣期」）。
  • 本推廣只限每日到Samsung Members應用程式簽到的現有Samsung手機客戶（「合資格客戶」），系統將於簽到累積滿三天時自動發送禮品換領劵（「換領劵」）到Samsung Members應用程式。
  • 凡於推廣期內於Samsung網上商店購買全新原廠香港行貨之Galaxy A54或A34 5G 智能手機（「指定產品」），並輸入換領劵上提供的專屬優惠碼，即可免費獲贈ITFIT IPX7 防水FM喇叭 (建議零售價港幣$398) （「禮品」）。
  • 簽到的天數以累積計算，可於連續或非連續天數簽到，系統不會因期間中斷簽到而重設。
  • 合資格客戶參加本推廣，即同意受此等條款及細則約束。Samsung保留修改此條款及細則的權利，請留意活動推廣頁面的更新，並以最新版本為準。本條款及細則若與任何與本推廣相關的廣告、宣傳及其他資料有差異，概以此條款及細則為準。
  • 每位合資格客戶及每部指定產品只可換領禮品1 次。換領劵及禮品並不能兌換現金。
  • 禮品數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。
  • 如合資格客戶未能於Samsung Members應用程式簽到累積滿三天或未能於推廣期內換領禮品，禮品將會被當作自動放棄並不獲補償。 合資格客戶不可對Samsung作出任何索償，並Samsung亦不會就此負上任何責任。
  • 如Samsung有合理理由相信合資格客戶違反此條款及細則或任何本推廣的指示及/或要求，或Samsung懷疑該合資格客戶通過參加本推廣獲得不公平的裨益或使用欺詐手段獲取此禮品，Samsung保留取消該合資格客戶資格的權利。
  • 禮品不可轉讓或售賣、不可兌換現金或其他優惠 / 禮品，亦不能同時換領其他推廣優惠 / 禮品。Samsung保留在其認為合適的情況下以其他相似或相同價值的優惠 / 禮品更改或替換禮品的權利。
  • 禮品僅適用購買指定產品作私人和家庭使用的合資格客戶。
  • 非最終買家（包括但不限於零售商及經銷商）均無資格參與本推廣。
  • 合資格客戶明白及同意Samsung並不是禮品的供應商。Samsung不會對此禮品承擔任何責任，包括但不限於此禮品的質量、供應、描述或保用服務。
  • 除非另行明確規定，所有合資格客戶須自行承擔參與本推廣所衍生的任何費用、開支及相關稅款，並不得向Samsung尋求報銷。
  • 參加本推廣，即表示合資格客戶已同意免除及解除Samsung一切及任何性質的因參與本推廣或與本推廣相關的索償或責任，包括但不限於獲取、接受、持有、使用或不當使用換領券及禮品及其他任何原因引致的損害或損失，合資格客戶基於該等損害或損失擁有或可能具有的任何種類或任何性質的索償或訴訟原因。以上免責並不適用因欺詐（包括失實陳述）引致的損害或損失，及因疏忽引致的死亡或受傷產生之責任。
  • 此條款及細則內所有免責條款應於法律所允許的最大範圍內得以適用。
  • 每一合資格客戶同意賠償及使Samsung免受任何因任何行爲不當、疏忽、違反此條款及細則，及/或因本推廣引起或與之相關的任何及所有索賠、損害賠償、責任、費用及支出（包括法律費用）。
  • 如因任何超乎Samsung合理控制的原因，本推廣以任何方式受到干擾或無法進行，包括但不限於，電腦系統缺陷、網絡服務中斷、病毒感染、駭客入侵、技術故障及/或任何不可抗力的原因，Samsung將保留絕對酌情權視乎情況更改、暫停、終止或取消全部或部分本推廣，Samsung不會就此負上任何責任。
  • 如對於本推廣或此等條款及細則的詮釋產生任何爭議，Samsung將保留最終決定權。
  • 合資格客戶參加本推廣，即同意於本推廣所提供的任何個人資料將由Samsung、其關聯公司，及其第三方服務供應商（無論在香港或海外）（統稱「使用方」）所收集、使用及保留用作以下目的，包括 (i) 核實合資格客戶身份及參加資格 、(ii) 處理換領禮品事宜以及與本推廣直接相關的目的。有關個人資料將絕對保密，未經合資格客戶同意，使用方將不會將其個人資料透露給其他第三方人士或用於任何其他目的。使用方將根據香港法例第486 章《個人資料（私隱）條例》及Samsung的私隱政策收集和使用合資格客戶的個人資料。有關Samsung私隱政策及查閱或更改任何個人資料，請瀏覽https://www.samsung.com/hk/info/privacy/。
  • 除合資格客戶及Samsung外，其他人均沒有根據香港法例第623章《合約（第三者權利）條例》執行此等條款及細則或獲得任何裨益的權利。
  • 我們提供了此條款及細則的中文版本以供參考。如果英文和中文版本之間有任何衝突，則以英文版本為準。
  • 此等條款及細則及與此推廣相關的索賠或爭議，受香港法律管轄並依據其進行解釋，但排除衝突法的適用。各方同意接受香港法院專有的司法權管轄。
  • 如果此條款及細則內任何條款被裁定為非法、無效或不可執行，則該條款應被最接近Samsung的意願之條款所取代，而其餘的條款應不受該等非法、無效或不可執行的條款的影響並繼續具有全面的效力和作用。

Samsung Members exclusive check-in rewards


During the Promotion Period, existing Samsung mobile customers who check in daily through the Samsung Members app and accumulate 3 days of check-in will automatically be distributed a gift redemption e-voucher. Existing Samsung mobile customers can enjoy ITFIT IPX7 Speaker with FM Radio (RRP: $398) upon purchase Galaxy A34 l A54 5G with the unique promo code given in Samsung Members app.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Samsung Members app exclusive check-in rewards (this “Promotion”) is organized by Samsung Electronics H. K. Company, Limited (“Samsung”) and will be held between Apr 12, 2023 and May 3, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).
  • This Promotion is only available to existing Samsung mobile customers who check in daily through the Samsung Members app and accumulate 3 days of check-in, such customers (“Eligible Customer”) will automatically receive a gift redemption e-voucher (“E-voucher”) through the Samsung Members app.
  • Each Eligible Customer can enjoy ITFIT IPX7 Speaker with FM Radio (RRP: $398) (“Gift”) upon entering the unique promo code on the E-voucher and purchasing a brand new genuine Galaxy A34 l A54 5G (“Designated Product”) in Samsung Online Shop during Promotion Period.
  • Check-in will be calculated on accumulated basis, it can be based on consecutive or non-consecutive days of check-in. The Check-in mechanism will not restart due to a skipped day.
  • By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, please check for updates on the Promotion page, the latest version shall prevail. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  • Each Eligible Customer and each Designated Product are only entitled to receive a Gift for once for the E-voucher and the Gift is not exchangeable for cash.
  • The Gift is given on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
  • The Gift will be forfeited if Eligible Customer fails to complete 3 days of check-in at Samsung Members app or redeem the Gift during promotion period. Eligible Customer shall not make any claim against Samsung whatsoever, and Samsung shall not bear any liability whatsoever.
  • Samsung reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from the Gift where it has reasonable grounds to believe that Eligible Customer has violated these Terms and Conditions or any instructions and/or requirements of this Promotion, or that Eligible Customer may have gained an unfair advantage by participating in this Promotion or redeemed Gift using fraudulent means.
  • The Gift cannot be transferred or sold, cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers/gifts, and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotion offers/gifts. Samsung reserves the right to change or substitute the Gift with other offers/gifts of a comparable or equivalent value as it deems fit.
  • The Gift is only available to an Eligible Customer who purchased the Designated Product for private and domestic use.
  • Non-end users (including but not limited to, distributors and resellers) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  • Each Eligible Customer acknowledges and agrees that Samsung is not the supplier of the Gift. Samsung shall not be held liable for this Gift, including but not limited to, the quality, supply, description or warranty service of this Gift.
  • Except where expressly provided herein, each Eligible Customer shall bear any costs, expenses and relevant tax payments incurred resulting from participating in this Promotion and no reimbursement may be sought from Samsung.
  • By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Customer agrees to exempt and exclude Samsung from all claims or liabilities of any nature arising from participating in this Promotion or otherwise related to this Promotion, including but not limited to, any damage or loss caused by the acquisition, receipt, possession, use or misuse of the Gift or other reasons, and any claim or ground for litigation of any type or nature which the Eligible Customer may potentially possess based on such damage or loss. The above disclaimer is not applicable to damage or loss caused by fraud (including misrepresentation), or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Terms with the effect of disclaiming liabilities in these Terms and Conditions shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
  • Each Eligible Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Samsung harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising from any misconduct or negligence, as well as breach of these Terms and Conditions for which such Eligible Customer is liable.
  • If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted due to any reason beyond Samsung's reasonable control, including but not limited to computer system defects, breakdown of web services, virus infection, hacking, technical failure and/or any force majeure events, Samsung reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion, in whole or in part, as appropriate. Samsung shall not bear any liability therefrom.
  • In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, Samsung reserves the right of final decision.
  • By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Customer agrees that any personal data provided in connection with this Promotion will be collected, used and retained by Samsung, its affiliates and its third party service providers (whether in Hong Kong or abroad) (collectively “Data Users”) for the purposes of (i) verifying eligibility and identity of Eligible Customer, and (ii) fulfilment of Gift redemption and other purposes directly related to this Promotion. Such personal data will be kept in strict confidence and not be disclosed to other third party or used for any other purposes without Eligible Customer’s consent. Data Users will collect and use the personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Samsung Privacy Policy. Please refer to Samsung website (https://www.samsung.com/hk_en/info/privacy/) for details of Samsung Privacy Policy, and request for access to or correction of any personal data.
  • No person other than the Eligible Customer and Samsung will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce these Terms and Conditions or enjoy any benefits therein.
  • A Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
  • These Terms and Conditions and /or any claim or dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
  • If any terms in these Terms and Conditions is judged to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced by a term which achieves Samsung’s intention to the greatest extent possible, and the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
